Was going through all the folders in my laptop, and I found a video of me and the past. I remembered the exact place where we did the video together. We picked out the song together. And, oh well. We asked for it unintentionally. *shrugs* well its rather touching I suppose. Damn I do miss that past of mine. Especially all those silly things we do together. Oh well. *shrugs* I guess it’s all the past now. Let bygones be bygones. I’m so going to move on now. Yup! Yup! No point dwelling over the past. But sweet memories will never be erased in this little tiny memory stick of mine.
Uncle’s wedding solemnisation was yesterday. On his birthday actually, how cool. Anyway, it was my first official time witnessing a proper wedding ceremony. Bride stayed in Sembawang. So we helped to carry all the goods over from Hougang. The Tok Kadi was late. Like super late. We had to wait for like half an hour or so. The bride was supper nervous. You can see it from her face. I, cousins and my aunt were making fun of her reactions and uncle’s reaction. *laughs* Aunt told me, “this is the moment called the “Guy’s nerve wrecking moment” as for the bride, her nerve wrecking moment will be when she’s in labour” quite true actually. Hmm. Then they are officially married.
This year I’ll have to attend another 2 weddings. Both my elder cousins are getting married. Abang Riz and Abang Fai are getting married in August and September respectively. Then there will be only the few of us left. Of course I’m only referring to mom’s side of the family. Let’s see. After them it will be left with, Mimi, Adi, Fit, Me, Nas, Nina and Yat then the younger ones. Of which theirs would still be a long way to go. Hmm. I wonder after the 2 elder cousins, who will be next. Dad’s side, I’m only aware that one of my cousins is married and another 2 are engaged. And apparently I was informed that I might be attending their wedding next year. So many cousins getting married, I feel supper old. Ok the fact that I am turning 20 next year makes me rather old already.
